Introduction	For several years I have wanted to read the entire Bible through from start to finish. Having read it in a piecemeal fashion, I sensed I was missing the context in which the chapters were placed. And coming from a literature and history background, I thought that might be helpful. I consider myself a believer but wrestle with that angel as I develop faith. I finally started this pilgrimage last Fall. Along the way, several pilgrims have joined in. This blog is a way to reflect and comment on the journey through the Big Book. I say journey because this is an evolving mission of the heart as well as the head. For though it is said that there are thousands of versions of the Bible, the message is surely one. Apologies to Twelve Step programs everywhere - I did not know they had a program about reading the Big Book so no name theft involved here.
