Introduction	William is a Chicago native that has lived in San Francisco, Denver, and Orlando before making Washington, DC his home. William has worked for well respected national restaurant groups such as Lettuce Entertain You in Chicago and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants in San Francisco, in addition to independent restaurants. In Washington, he has worked for La Trattoria LLC, which includes being part of the opening team at Siroc Restaurant, and Peacock Cafe, a Georgetown neighborhood staple for over 20 years. Currently, he serves as Assistant General Manager of Mintwood Place. His self-taught culinary style is described as New American Cuisine that draws upon classical French and Italian influences. His mixed heritage that includes Filipino, Chinese, Spanish, German, and Irish also influence his cooking. Simply put, his food is creative gourmet for the at-home chef.
