Introduction	Gene and I have been married since 1964 and we have 6 grown children. LeDawn Penrod, Adam Walters, Kimberly Finlan, Jared Walters, Joshua Walters and Rachel Nobel. Gene was born and raised in West VA, completed 4 years in the Air Force stationed in Alaska, and served a two year mission to California. After being married in the Salt Lake Temple Gene attended Compton College and BYU. I was born in Missouri but moved to California soon after wards. I went to Snow College in Ephrain, Utah and BYU. Gene ran his own business as a Roofing Contractor for 20yrs, and both of us worked for a Men's Prison in Blythe, CA as teachers. Nancy for 10 yrs. and Gene for 20 yrs, at which time we retired and signed on for our Mission . Received our call as a couple to Frankfurt, Germany. We report to Provo, UT on Apr 12.
Interests	Mine are geneology, knitting, crocheting, any handwork and gardening. Gene's is reading and working like a mad man.
Favorite movies	I am the only one interested in movies and my favorites are anything pertaining to real History and English romances.
Favorite music	We both love classical music of any kind
Favorite books	Gene is the big reader and has many favorites in the History and religious category
