| Introduction | I come from a family of doctors and I have a lot of love and admiration for doctors of all specializations, yet I am very careful and skeptical when it comes to medication. Their Side effects can be fatal when they are supposed to treat and heal, actually we are given by our creator all the ability to heal our bodies but we have to provide them with the correct quantity and quality of food, herbs and supplements to help it fight whatever it has to in order to cleanse and heal. I cannot say that I am a health freak, I am actually not a freak about anything, my rule in life is moderation and balance. I love life and its pleasures, eating is one of them, so is a good glass of wine from time to time. |
