| Introduction | Laura was born in a small town in rural Arkansas, and, even as a small child, showed a love for glue and collage that has lasted to this day. She grew up, moved to a bigger town, joined a sorority, took up knitting, married her high-school sweetheart, rescued a dog and earned a masters degree in history. She then moved to the urban Northeast, where she worked at an organic farm and a children's museum, and determined she is a crafter at heart. Then, she moved back to Arkansas, rescued another dog and found a job that allows her to read craft blogs and teach teenagers how to make their own projects. She likes all things Beatles, kifta kabab and browsing Etsy for turtle pins. She is trying to curb her addiction to Dr. Pepper. |
