| Introduction | I am – in no particular order - a father, husband, teacher, skier, runner, Colorado native, progressive, environmentalist, son, brother, reader, and writer. I grew up off the grid, on a dirt road, west of Boulder. The nearest neighbor lived a mile away. My parents still live in the same house. I live in Denver. I teach 4th grade at a innovative public school in Denver: Denver Green School. My greatest hope is the students in my class grow up and make the world a better place. |
