Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I believe the original quote went something like this: "Remember son, a man needs a woman. But a man doesn't need a woman who needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle." So, because of that quote no fish in the world needs a bicycle because otherwise a funny quote dies.
