| Introduction | My name is Caitlyn and I just competed in my first NPC figure competition in Arizona. I placed 3rd in figure class D. I'm sharing some of the battles that I faced through prep but most of all I'm here to help inspire and motivate others. I've come a long way and have completely changed my lifestyle, for the better.
