Introduction	I cannot imagine a time that I wasn't practicing yoga and I cannot imagine a future without it. I am a perpetual student. With this in mind, I am inspired to teach yoga because of my students. I want to make their journey an authentic one; filled with loving compassion, support, and motivation as they navigate through their yoga practice. I honor their decision to come onto their mat and try their very best. I trained at Moyo Yoga for RYT200, Yoga on Main for Prenatal Yoga, PYT, Restorative Yoga teacher training, Jillian Pransky, and Laughter Yoga teacher training. Nestled within this journey are numerous workshops and trainings in Therapeutic Yoga, Anatomy, Assisting, Gentle Yoga, Alignment, Meditation, Pranayama, Journey Dance, YogaKids, and Yoga Flow. My "niche" is teaching gentle Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yoga to cancer patients and survivors, senior chair yoga, and prenatal yoga. I strive to give back wherever, whenever I can as I see all of my experiences through the eyes of abundance. Thank you for sharing your journey with me.
