Introduction	My name is Russell Ivan. People call me anything from Russy, Russ, RusSoul), or just HEY! Born in Glendale, Ca. Raised in Loma Linda. Double L is where home is, and where my heart will always be. LOVE IT HERE! Grew around music, and I sing and play the piano every now and then. Inspired by John Legend, McKnight, DeGraw, Stevie, MJ, Sam Cooke, Sinatra, Carpenters, Pac, Biggie, among many. Life wouldn't be the same w/out music. I am on a quest to take my health and fitness to another level. To challenge my body, soul and mind to obstacles that will build my character and make me a better person. I love proving doubters wrong, and making believers into DOers. My theory is, LOVE YOURSELF, because if you don't love yourself, you cannot love the world. Be yourself, and be a light in this world that it desperately needs. Live. Love. Be Healthy.
Interests	To inspire others that anything and everything is possible w/ God and Him alone. Other interests: Music, healthy living, fitness, raw foods, all sports (Basketball, boxing, mma, football), reading, learning about others cultures, and food!
