Introduction	I live on the West coast of Scotland; a land of rain , midges and stunning landscape. Outside of work I love running in the hills and painting. I compete in ultramarathons several times a year and have made many good friends especially in the West Highland Way Race family. I have recently started a small shop on Etsy called Lochaberart.
