About me

Introduction	Jenny Western has served as an independent curator for the Label Gallery, a venue for the emerging artist in Winnipeg, and has completed a curatorial internship at the Winnipeg Art Gallery. She holds an undergraduate degree in Art History from the University of Winnipeg and a Masters in Art History and Curatorial Practice from York University in Toronto. She has been the AGSM's curator since 2005 and has a particular interest in work by rural and Aboriginal artists.
