Introduction	I'm a fourty-something mom living in sunny Florida who is almost a grandma! My daughter Jessica (who is also no slouch in the kithen) is about to bless the family with a baby boy. I was inspired to start a blog by my love and sadness in missing my son, hence, his picture instead of mine. I love to cook and bake and cruise other cooking and yoga blogs. I am interested in many subjects, so this blog will probably contain not only food, but my personal musings about life. I encourage everyone's interests here.
Interests	I enjoy cooking, reading, oprahs super soul sundays, and swimming, I also enjoy bringing my friends together for food and good times.
