| Introduction | I am currently the Social Action Coordinator for the North Central District of UMW, the North Texas Conference. This blog is intended to help local UMW Social Action Coordinators bring social action issues to the attention of their unit membership, as well as to all women of their congregation. I will post information about state issues, federal situations, and all social issues that confront our society.
Most of the postings will be in a format that can easily be copied, re-formatted into two columns, printed back-to-back and then trimmed vertically, resulting in two handouts per page--making for a cost-effective piece. These then can be made available as you like. I hope you will find these pieces useful in your ministry as a United Methodist Woman.
