About me

Location	Frisco, Texas
Introduction	I always dreamed of becoming a teacher. I grew up in a household where education was very important. My grandfather was a teacher and administrator for over 25 years; my mom has been teaching for 22 years; my brother has been teaching for 7 years. As of this year, I am excited to share the education world experience with my husband, Matt. Matt will begin his first year in Allen ISD. In addition to these immediate family members, I have numerous aunts,uncles, and cousins who are involved in education. These people have influenced me and helped me become the person that I am today. I can truly say that I am living out my dreams. This is my 6th year teaching and my 3rd year at Wakeland. I currently teach Algebra 1 and PreAP Algebra 1. I am also a student council sponsor. I am a proud graduate of Texas Tech University. I enjoy watching college football, Texas Rangers baseball, cooking, decorating cakes,golfing, reading, and of course anything math related!
