| Introduction | My art is about making things, it's about expression, it's about creation. It's not in any kind of la dee da classy way—it's very basic. As has been said my work comes from the heart. It is conceived as a gift to viewers. I observe the world around me and in turn express in a visceral visual language through broad gestures of line and lush vibrant color. Creating and living among the primitive shapes and forms found in my paintings and 3D assemblages has enriched my life and nourished my soul. I simply want to be known for bringing light into this world. |
