Introduction	I am writer, fitness competitor, fashion and lifestyle consultant and a mom. There are a lot of other things I hope to add to that list as I grow and develop. Mostly, I am a person that over the years has come to believe that life is about being real, about sharing your story, the good and the bad, in the hopes that as people begin to know you they don't feel alone in this life. The greatest reward for me is that my passions and actions serve to inspire someone along the way to achieve their own. I believe strongly in the concepts of empowerment, community, mindfulness, and genuineness and I hope that my blog and the articles I produce, at the core, reflect those principles.
