| Introduction | I have had the pleasure of teaching Family and Consumer Science (FACS) in Pulaski since 2002. Courses I may teach include Foods for Life, Baking & Pastry Arts, Tastes of Culture, Food Science, Culinary Arts 1, and Culinary Arts 2. In addition to teaching, I am also our school's ProStart adviser, the National Restaurant Association's student organization. I am very passionate about Pulaski High School's Family and Consumer Science program that I share with Mrs. Lichon and Ms. Mattson. I completed my undergraduate degree at University of Wisconsin-Stout, graduating with a major in Family and Consumer Science Education K-12. I have also earned an M.A. from Nova Southeastern University specializing in Technology Integration and have completed the three levels of the National Restaurant Association's Summer Institute ProStart Educator training at Minneapolis, MN, and Orlando, FL, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Schools.
