Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
hmmm, i would say flexibility, like in a purse. because if you have expandability, then you end up carrying a bunch of extra shit around and giving yourself scoliosis. but if it's flexible, you can neatly fit the stuff you actually need. also, the sit and reach was the only thing i was good at in grade-school fitness tests, so i cherish my flexibility.
