Introduction	Diane: I am the mother of two girls. I accepted a kindergarten teaching position at the International Academy of Beijing. I am glad to be here, apparently, I have a need to be in control. Emily, who will celebrate her 11th birthday in 4 days is adjusting beautifully. She is trying hard to learn as much Chinese as quickly as possible. Abigail is 8 and we have decided that she is Chinese on the inside! She loves everything, but misses her Gram, Aunt Joey, Uncle Jim & Tanner.
