Introduction	Jude Conway, President and CEO of Entrepreneurial Advisors, Inc.(EAI), has been either a principal or partner of three venture capital funds over the past twenty years. During this time he has evaluated 100’s of business proposals, managed a portfolio of successful investments, valued dozens of businesses and mentored or advised numerous entrepreneurs. He has been sent into companies as a turn-around advisor and has liquidated a portfolio of under performing investments. He has served on over a dozen boards of directors of privately held companies and been involved in numerous industry and community initiatives. Mr. Conway has also taught Entrepreneurial Finance at the University level and has judged a number of business plan competitions.
