Introduction	Currently, I spend the majority of time as a college student in Los Angeles. The other part of my time is spent in the cozy kitchen of home in Minneapolis. I've grown up in a family where cooking was a daily event and the enjoyment of food vital. I believe food can add delight to our hearts and the hearts of others. I particularly enjoy recipes related to a healthy lifestyle and even dabble in adapting recipes for dietary needs (I myself, like many humans, am lactose intolerant). So no matter your walk in life, or ability to cook, if you can read a recipe I think you will find my blog enjoyable and the results of my recipes...delightful!
