| Introduction | We are a family of 12~Duane & Tricia and our kiddos~We have been blessed with 6 sons and 2 daughters ages 7-16 and Duane's parents tossed into the mix for fun. When we got married in 1994 we were young, thin and full of energy. Fast forward to 2012 and 8 kiddos later~we are no longer feeling so young and are far from thin! We are in our late 40's and should be able to run around and play with our children without all the huffing and puffing so we needed to make some serious changes in our lifestyle and loose those pounds that are robbing us from fully living the active and crazy life that we have been blessed with.
