Introduction	My name is Meaghan and I live in Brighton, MA. I am marrying my high school sweetheart on July 12. This course is a requirement for my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I haven't had much experience designing a curriculum yet. As teachers, we assess our students, but also ourselves. I constantly self-assess what I teach, how I teach and what went well/wrong. I am currently in a position called Intern at a private school in Chestnut Hill. I have been placed in the 3rd grade this year and was in Kindergarten last year. I am assigned to work with an experienced teacher and perform duties similar to a TA. It's an amazing opportunity to be able to practice my teaching in a constructive environment. I have been at the school for 2 years. For technology, I am fairly fluent with most forms of technology. I can use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and I have used Blogger and other blogging platforms as well as Google Drive before. My classroom that I share with another teacher has a SmartBoard, which we use regularly in our class. I can create SmartNotebook presentations to be used on our SmartBoard. I have also used Apple TV, but am not as fluent with it yet.
