Introduction	Larry Leach is an avid outdoorsman and recently amateur photographer. He loves to hike, ski, camp, fish, hunt and travel the west. He lives on a few acres outside of Boise, Idaho with his wife Lea Anne and near their children and grandchildren. He is now retired. His work history includes authoring several books: Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) Lean Project Management and Lean Project Leadership. He also contributed chapters to the Wiley Guide to Project Management and Project Portfolio Management. He leads Advanced Projects.com, specializing in implementing CCPM. Larry has Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional. He also is certified as an Advanced Communicator Gold by Toastmaster's International.
