| Introduction | I'm a retired Special Educator who was banned from the kitchen as a child! I once made sugar cookies and mis-read the instructions, adding 1/4 C of salt instead of 1/4 teaspoon! Then, I burned them! My mother made me eat every single "salt" cookie so as not to waste the ingredients! My husband has done most of the cooking for our family, but now that I have the time, I am having fun exploring in the kitchen. I will show you my successes as well as my failures.
