| Introduction | I grew up in Lewisville, Texas and left at age 20 to finish college at Florida Atlantic University. One year after graduation, my husband (Eric) found a good career opportunity in Anchorage, Alaska. After he was hired, I drove my car 5,600 miles across the US and Canada to begin our new life (my mom joined me on the road trip as well). It was a wild ride! Our life in Alaska was an exciting adventure, but we are thrilled to be back in Florida near our family and friends. |
