| Introduction | I am an individual who loves food, apparently all the wrong food. Cheeseburgers, french fries, soda, beer, ice cream, candy, cake, pie..I love it all. Most of all I love cookies and I think they are a food group in themselves. Since I love food so much, as I got older, it eventually caught up with me. I got up to 265+lbs and really didn't care. I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Again, I didn't really care. I went to a doctor appointment who after examination told me I was gaining weight fast and that I was well on my way to being obese. I was stunned. After hearing that, I set out to change all that. I went from 265+lbs to 190lbs in just about three (3) months, following exactly what I put on this blog. |
