| Introduction | My running life has always been about seeking solitude for stress relief. Somehow, my thoughts usually untangle themselves during a run, and I'm more energized to handle the intricacies of daily life. I race, anything from 5k's to a crazy 57k, but I'm definitely not competitive. My preference is to plod along, preferably on trails, at whatever pace my body decides - and take in whatever comes my way. |
