About me

Introduction	I am the second to the youngest of five girls. My parents were Verl and Arlene Beecher. I grew up in Kaysville, Utah and went to Davis High School where my grandparents and parents went also. I have four girls that also graduated from Davis. I created this blog in mind of my little family that is slowly growing. I wanted a place that my kids and grandkids can have a record of what they have accomplished in this life. They are my life and I am so proud to be their Mom. Other than that, I work at a dental office and have for the last 13 1/2 years. I continue to teach fitness classes at different gyms. Some of the different classes I teach are Body Pump, Indoor Cylcing and Step Classes. I have enjoyed doing this for the last 25 years. Some of the things I enjoy are the outdoors, the mountains, road biking, yoga, hiking, camping, vacationing, cooking and family!
