Introduction	Hi, I'm Beki, I am a Mommie, a Wife, a Friend, a Daughter, a Sister, a Cousin, a Niece, an Aunt and so much more. I am you too. I believe we all struggle, and although our battles may be unique to us I believe we can all help each other through them. It is time to take care of each other, ourselves and our planet. If we do not step up our game, we are not going to win it. I thought I didn't know myself. I thought I was hidden under abuse and fat. I have discovered over the life span of this blog, and reading back over past journals, that I was wrong. This is my story as it continues to unfold. I hope it can be our story.
