| Introduction | This blog is really about fitness and loving life as we age. You'd think that by the time you reach your sixties, you'd have some stuff figured out - you, know the wisdom that comes with age and all that. And yes, there is some of that for sure. But there is also just being human - it's raw at times, and we tend to carry all our baggage with us far longer than we know we should. Everyone knows what happens when we age - we see it. But no one prepares you for how it feels - how you feel as it happens to you, and that's what I want to explore. Life is beautiful. This is about enjoying the journey. |
