As a native New Englander, he has an affinity for the architecturally diverse homes found within the historic districts of Jacksonville. Accounting Management is Brian’s professional background. In that area he has served as controller for a variety of private real estate investment groups and as Chief Financial Officer for a commercial real estate developer focusing on grocery anchored shopping centers. As a result of these responsibilities, Brian has invaluable insight regarding valuation of assets, acquisition and construction budgets and financial projections.
