Introduction	I serve as the discipleship pastor at Grace Fellowship United Methodist Church in Katy, TX. I post occasionally and write primarily about topics related to spiritual formation or discipleship. I also blog about book reviews, leadership, adoption, and whatever else catches my attention. While much of my day to day ministry focuses on small groups, I don't post as much about the structural, "architectural" side of small group life. There are far better practitioners and thinkers in the area of small group development than me and you'll find many of their blogs listed on my site. Instead,, I focus more on the relational, "internal" side of small groups. My passion is making disciples, my ministry experience is in the areas of evangelism and discipleship and my training is in spiritual direction. I hope you'll find something here that is helpful and thought provoking in your growth as a disciple of Jesus or wherever you are on your spiritual journey.
