| Introduction | I moved to "The County" in 2009. My hubby, Peter, retired and we both wanted a quieter, less stressful lifestyle. Peter couldn't be happier! He is constantly puttering around the yard and in the house. He waves at all passers-by and is known by all the locals. I still work, but the job is less stressful and, REALLY, it just pays for my quilting habit!!! I love to quilt - I have been quilting for 10 years now - and have joined the local guild. I also love to follow various quilting sites and blogs for inspriation. There is such amazing talent out there. We have four grown daughters, all of which still live in the city, 2 1/2 hours away. We also have two grandchildren - a boy 10 and a princess 5. |
