Describe the sound of a moist waffle falling onto a hot griddle.
A satisfying hiss, with a hint of bubbling, slight spit of waffle mixture exploding on hot metal, and a small sigh as it accepts its fate. Of course, if no one was around to hear it, would it make a sound?
