| Introduction | I'm a midwife-in-training at a large urban University on the West Coast. I work at a county hospital as a nurse and lactation consultant and volunteer as a La Leche League Leader. My path to midwifery has spanned 15 years and began with a 2 year apprenticeship in homebirth. I'm an anarchist and an activist who believes in speaking out and taking action against violence, oppression and bigotry. I'm raising three children in a pagan and Jewish household. |
