Introduction	I live in Finland - a Canadian by birth - I still get a lump in my throat when I see documentaries of the land of my birth. Circumstance draws one into life - to find a solid home inside ourselves. I now live in Finland - a land very much like Canada; young, adolescent and eager. I love Europe - it is like living with grandparents - people who have a long and colorful past and some wisdom from their mistakes. The young are scurrying about trying to find their place on the technological roller coaster - but the old are calm and patient.
Interests	Everything is interesting. It is inconceivable for me to imagine it otherwise. I have seen my illusions built on little nothings like formal education and opinion evaporate with my own experience - not founded on belief or faith from the outside - but on the natural forces of nature firmly planted on the inside.
Favorite movies	My favorite films are those that reveal their real message slowly.
Favorite music	My favorite music is always live. I find it nearly impossible to listen to recorded music - except perhaps once. After the first time it is dead.
Favorite books	Books by: Salman Rushdie, Susan Sontag, Banville, Elliot, Pelevin, Thomas, - hundreds of them too many to list.
