| Introduction | I love to swim. Swimming makes me feel brand new. The ease and comfort I feel when water flows over me, wraps around me and holds me together is splendid... invigorating and liberating. Moving through water I am saturated with feelings of freedom and security. Sharing the joy of swimming is my pleasure. When I teach or coach, I enter a zone of concentration where past and future disappear; only the present, the moment, the movement and the water exist. |
