| Introduction | I have always said I am a philosopher and a seeker or mystic at heart. I think that's why I found working as a School Psychologist way too stressful, unfulfilling and limiting. Now I love what I do...so grateful! As a personal and spiritual mentor, I get to see clients' lives go from sad and stuck to happy and whole, especially after a painful breakup. It doesn't get any better than that! I love writing and have published two books; my favorite of the two is The Six Sacred Gifts: Everyday wisdom for the spiritual seeker. When I have time, I teach personal growth workshops and Kundalini Yoga because I love to. It is so fun to watch people find balance and inspiration. Kundalini Yoga has been my yoga of choice since January 1, 2000 because it is the most powerful I've found for changing your life. |
