Introduction	Lahir dan besar di lingkungan Pesantren Assalafie Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon Jawa Barat, menyelesaikan pendidikan Dasar hingga Menengah Atas di Kampung halaman, melanjutkan belajar di fakultas Syari'ah dan Hukum universitas al Ahgaff Yaman (2000-2004), menyelesaikan program S2 kajian Maqasid Syari'ah di universitas Ezzitouna Tunisia (2005-2007), Meraih gelar Doktor bidang Maqasid Syari'ah dan Problematika Kemanusiaan di Universitas Mohammed V Maroko (2011). ======== (English Version) ======== Born and raised around the Islamic boarding school Assalafie, located in Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon West Java. Completing primary through high school in the village, continued study in the faculty of Sharia and Law university of Al Ahgaff Yemen (2000-2004), completed master's degree in Sharia at the university Ezzitouna Tunisia (2005-2007), then he held his doctorate in the objective of Islamic Law and Humanitarian issues from the University of Mohammed V Morocco (2011).
