| Introduction | About me, huh? I work full time as a preschool teacher in downtown Olympia, and love it! I truly love all children! I often have work to bring home, but I still enjoy hanging out with friends and try to do so as much as possible. Though I am an introvert by nature, I love to be with, and get to know, people. My best friend is Jesus Christ- my Lord, my Savior, my Creator- the list goes on and on. I am heading to Philadelphia, PA in early September on a mission trip with the organization, "Mission Year". I had a friend who served with Mission Year and was forever changed. After speaking with her, I decided to check it out. I have wanted to be a missionary to the inner city culture since I was in high school. Going with Mission Year is an answered prayer! I encourage you to visit there website at www.missionyear.org. It is an amazing org that is focused on serving the poor and sharing God's love with them. It is all I am about. God bless ya! |
