| Introduction | I am not proud of this weight, it has followed me every year of my life. I can remember being overweight as far back as second grade. Back in 2003 I threw my back out for the first time. Since then I have been plagued by back issues and more recently, sciatica issues. I have 2 lovely children and an extremely supportive husband.
