Introduction	My two biggest passions in my life are my family and my passion for food. One of my first memoires in life is not a visual one but one that involves smell. Waking up in the morning smelling the most amazing cooking aromas coming out of my mothers’ kitchen. Like a magnet to steel I was drawn to the kitchen asking to help and to taste. With time and as cooking didn’t seem to be the "right" thing to do then, I had my first degree in Psychology and was heading for the second one. As always, my heart said "no” and my mind said "yes- go for it. Another degree in Psychology!! Imagine the opportunity...". I decided to follow my heart (and tummy) and became a pastry Chef. One of the wisest decisions I made ever!! SO WHO AM I:  A loving wife and a mother of 3  Qualified pastry chef  Cake designer  Caterer  Culinary advisor for coffee chains and private people  Personal chef  Giving cake decorating courses and food demonstrations  For me, going to a food market is like taking my daughters to a toys shop.
