| Introduction | Hey Y'all, Im Wendy . Welcome to My Homestead Life. I love life and everything it has to offer. I love my family even more, everything I do in life is to help benefit my family and make life more fun. Through my Blog and my Facebook page I hope to share many things with you. Modern homesteading, homestead survival, canning and food prep, my favorite recipes (I have many), gardening, DIY crafts, DIY home recipes, repurposing, and much more fun. I like to think that there is nothing I can't do or at least try once! I love to know that I am capable of doing many things on my own. ( this being said I have a secret obsession with starting new things just to make sure I know how then I get bored and never finish them SHhhh .....) But because of this I am very independent and crafty to say the least. My family and I over the past year have started a little farm trying to be more self sufficient. We have added a larger garden and chickens. My hopes this year will be to add honey bees, auquaponics and a milk cow. :) I love including my kids and making it fun for them to learn the homestead life.
