Introduction	My name is Carmen Chadwick. I am a wife and mother. I am part of a beautiful team, my family; yet sometimes I forget I am a woman. I get wrapped up in taking care of people and things and forget to think. Auto pilot will only go so far before the plane crashes. Eventually, someone has to check in and fly the plane. This blog is my way of checking in. I am doing it for me, however, if you would like to come inside this crazy place called my mind, welcome. Sometimes it will be a safe, secure warm feeling, other times it may be a ride you wished you never step foot on. But one thing for sure, I’ll be keeping it real!
