Introduction Born in San Francisco, CA. Graduated from Jefferson High School, Daly City, CA. Attended Sacramento City College, Monterey Institute of International Studies (BA International Studies), San Jose State University (MA Linguistics), and currently University of Kansas (pursuing PhD Anthropology). Current interests include: ancient history; study and analysis of Native American languages: Biloxi (Siouan) and Rumsen Ohlone (Penutian); Turkic languages (Uyghur); Mandarin Chinese; endangered/dormant language revitalization and documentation; ancient Mesoamerican and Mississippian art and iconography; lexicography (making dictionaries); ethnography.
Interests languages, linguistics, anthropology, endangered and dormant language and cultural revitalization, archaeology, ancient history, writing (fiction and non), psychology, issues of human sexuality and homosexuality, cooking, travel.
