| Introduction | I'm a corporate attorney with my own practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. While I make a living assisting clients with transactions (i.e., mergers and acquisitions) and general corporate counseling, I devote a significant portion of my practice to unpaid advocacy work focusing on civil rights, preserving the constitutional republic and the intersection of American law and foreign affairs (primarily with regard to Israel). The profile picture is really me, as seen through the eyes of Car and Driver's art department (when they published a letter of mine). The name I post under? That's the name of the ship that brought my mother and grandmother from WWII Europe to Ellis Island. That's another way of saying that I'm the son of a holocaust survivor. |
