Introduction	I was born in Belleville, Illinois. It's the home of the golfing Haas family, tennis' Jimmy Connors, actor Buddy Epsen (my grandpa rode bikes with him), and "Sledgehammer" star David Rasche (mom went to high school with him). My grandma used to babysit Whitey Herzog (o.k., he's not from Belleville, but he's been there).
