| Introduction | When I was 12, I was diagnosed with diabetes type 1, which means that my pancreas cannot produce insulin anymore and thus I need to have insulin injections everyday to convert my food intake into energy. For all these years I have looked at it as a disease; it is NOT!! It's a lifestyle. I write this blog because it could happen to anyone anytime. It could happen to you or your loved ones. I hope that this can build more awareness and provide with some guidance. If I did wrong, let it be a lesson; if I did right, let it be an example. |
